In retrospect, it seems a distant world. Like reading a storybook, or watching an old movie, appearing almost fiction, a tale composed merely to amuse or entertain. It was real, however, and, both in ways I now understand and others I will never fully comprehend, the events of those times had a profound influence upon my life.

Now, with books, web sites, and museums openly exhibiting and explaining the deadly mechanisms once considered the ultimate of secrets, I think it's allowable for me to share my experiences as a 46350 "Special" Weapons Technician.
